Think of Cousin Eddy from “National Lampoons Christmas Vacation” meets George S. Patton . This crazy, disillusioned soul starts as John’s low life pimp. We don’t know if it’s PTSD or a chemical imbalance, but he’s nuts. His only purpose in life is to get paid - and he has 100’s of scams to do it. But Cecil’s moneymaker is John, and he doesn’t care if it’s a $5 or $500 job. If there’s money – John’s doing it.
The more John gets tangled in Cecil`s web, the tighter it becomes. Like a snowball rolling downhill, each mess-up picks up another, compounding as it rolls. To the emotionally challenged Cecil, money and time, and time to make more money are being wasted.
